Founded in 2011 by Dr. Ntlharhi Mathonsi, My Gynecare was built on a clear vision:
To provide high-quality, specialized gynaecological care with a strong focus on gynaecological
oncology, Gynaecology & Pregnancy related conditions.
Over the years, the practice has grown into a trusted name in women’s health across Gauteng and beyond –
serving patients from Pretoria, Centurion and Midrand.
Beyond patient care, the practice has also contributed to the future of medicine through:

Meet Dr. N Mathonsi
Dr. Mathonsi is a highly skilled and respected Gynaecological Oncologist, with advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers affecting women.
He is among a small group of specialists in South Africa with this level of expertise – making his role critical in improving outcomes for patients facing complex conditions.
His experience includes:
- Leading Clinical and Oncology Units.
- Managing complex gynaecological and cancer cases.
- Mentoring and developing future specialists.
